Who we are

Hours After Sunset organizes electronic music events and related gatherings in the Sacramento and Bay Areas. Information on the site (times, locations, lineups, pins) may change; always check day-of updates when provided.

Website use

Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse forms or APIs.
Event attendance may involve outdoor, waterfront, or venue conditions. You are responsible for your own safety, gear, transportation, and compliance with local laws and venue rules.

SMS text alerts

You expressly consent to receive recurring automated informational and promotional SMS text messages from Hours After Sunset when you either (a) enter your mobile number and check the required consent box at hoursaftersunset.com/#texts, or (b) text an opt-in keyword such as HOURSAFTER to (916) 384-4888 as advertised on that page. Messages cover events, pin drops, schedule or weather updates, and related announcements.

Message frequency varies (typically about 1–8 messages per month; more around active event weeks).
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate fee to join.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may receive a one-time confirmation of opt-out.
Compatible with major US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on every device or network.

Mobile numbers are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including that we do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Inquiries and bookings

Booking or inquiry forms are requests only, not confirmed contracts. Availability, fees, and lineup details are agreed separately if we proceed.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and media are owned by Hours After Sunset or used with permission. Do not copy or reuse commercially without our consent.

Disclaimers

The site and SMS program are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect message delivery, or that every event detail will remain accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hours After Sunset is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, texts, or attendance at events.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hours After Sunset and its organizers from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or SMS program, or your violation of these Terms.
